We decided to split a small artichoke salad, the Tower Supreme Pizza, and an order of spaghetti and meatballs. There’s enough pressure and decisions to be made in life. Just do a few things but do them right! They also only have ONE house salad dressing. They won’t hand you a menu when you’re seated because it’s posted on the wall for everyone to see.

If you happen to be a New Orleans Saints, or Louisiana State University football fan, you can shop for sports paraphernalia before or after your meal. It’s located in a small strip mall right next to the Black & Gold and Purple & Gold store. Tonight we happened to be in the pizza mood and in the area, so we decided to stop in.

I'm glad I got to try this place, but I doubt I'll be back. This place is on the very busy main drag through Metairie, so I’ve driven past it countless times. For example, there's another local place- Theo's Pizza, right across the street and they have better prices and more options. This spot is a Metairie classic, but there are better options out there. They were generous with the cheese and I did like how big the mushrooms are. I didn't really like that the pepperoni was under the cheese, so it didn't have a chance to crisp up in the oven. The pizza was good, but was it $22 good? No. How hard would it be to just have some canned tea in the fridge for people who want it? We ordered the Tower Special, which came topped with sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and mushrooms. There's no bread or anything like that, which we found kind of odd and they also didn't have tea on the menu.

The menu is pretty basic: you got pizza, salad and spaghetti. The place is about as basic as a pizza parlor gets: it's located in a strip mall and it's a "seat yourself" place with tables and chairs and a window looking into the kitchen. I had heard raves about this spot from pizza lovers, so David and I decided to check it out for dinner.
